Guardian Jet Promotes Oliver Hymers to Sales Director, Europe

Based in London, Hymers will support aircraft buyers and sellers across key European markets. 

Guardian Jet is pleased to announce the promotion of Oliver Hymers to Sales Director, Europe, effective October 1, 2026. Oliver will focus on Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece while collaborating with Guardian Jet’s broader European team. 

Oliver joined Guardian Jet’s Sales and Acquisitions team in January 2026. In his new role, he will help expand the firm’s European presence and guide clients through the decisions that shape successful aircraft transactions—from evaluating market opportunities and aircraft values to developing a sales strategy and navigating an acquisition. 

“Oliver brings a strong understanding of the business aviation community and a thoughtful approach to building relationships,” said Doc Dwyer. “As we grow our presence in Europe, his market knowledge and international network will help us bring Guardian Jet’s intelligence and transaction expertise to more aircraft owners and buyers.” 

Before joining Guardian Jet, Oliver worked at Corporate Jet Investor, where he gained a broad perspective on the aircraft transaction process and developed relationships with aviation professionals and decision-makers worldwide. He brings those connections to his work helping clients navigate opportunities across markets and borders. 

Oliver’s commercial background includes a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Pearson Business School in London and internships with multiple FTSE 100 companies. His involvement with EBAA, BBGA, IADA, GBAA, SPBAA, and IBAA keeps him connected to the European and international business aviation community. 

His promotion supports Guardian Jet’s continued focus on pairing local relationships with the firm’s market intelligence, valuation capabilities, and global transaction experience.
