Getting Energized at NBAA2012: A Wrap Up

Another National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Annual Meeting and Convention (NBAA2012) is over and on the books!

We spent our time exploring the trade show floor, the static display, and networking with our peers. We are constantly inspired by our industry, and this show was nothing less than amazing.

Although the turnout seemed a bit lower than what we’ve grown accustomed to, according to NBAA, 25,100 people were in attendance, which is comparable to past years. Being so closely involved with the aviation industry, we are well aware of the uncontrollable and at times random acts of Mother Nature, so we’re certain the timing of Superstorm Sandy and its landfall on the East Coast contributed to what seemed like a thinner turn out.

Attendance aside, enthusiasm was dramatically up. The people we spoke with, clients and peers alike had an energy about them that made the show electric. One of the more exciting things for us was the debut of our revolutionary online platform – THE VAULT. This new, ground-breaking online aviation platform will revolutionize brokerage and consulting for both corporations and individuals.

The VAULT is a web-based platform that allows users to access every aspect of their relationship with Guardian Jet anytime, 24 hours a day.

Every person that stopped by our booth and watched a demonstration of the platform was not only impressed, but energized at what the future holds for the industry.

Outside at the static display, we had an increased presence with a total of five aircraft, and had some great traffic throughout the duration of the show. We hope you were able to stop by, check out the listings we had, and maybe even spend some time on our couches outside for a bit!

We were also able to spend time with our industry peers at a great dinner with aviation directors, as well.
