Param Nagda is a dedicated Consultant at Guardian Jet, where he plays a pivotal role within the consulting team. With a strong foundation in economics and a passion for data-driven decision-making, Param brings a unique skill set to his role, specializing in data analysis, financial planning, and operational analysis, particularly in the realm of aviation fleet plans and operational studies.

Prior to Guardian Jet, Param gained valuable experience as a Client and Growth Analyst at a prominent management consulting firm. During this period, he honed his analytical skills and contributed to the growth of client businesses through insightful data-driven strategies.

Param earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics in Penn State. During his time there, he showcased his versatility not only academically but also athletically as a member of the university's tennis team. He holds dual master's degrees in Sports Management and Business Analytics from the University of New Haven, in collaboration with Yale University.
