As Guardian Jet’s Regional Sales Director for Florida, Mike Moore helps clients make confident, data-driven decisions about buying and selling aircraft. With more than 30 years in the private aviation industry, he brings extensive expertise in aircraft sales and acquisitions, consulting, aircraft management and charter operations.

Mike is known for his straightforward approach and genuine commitment to doing what’s right for the client—values that align perfectly with Guardian Jet’s transparent business model. His reputation has been built on trust, responsiveness and deep industry knowledge that ensures each transaction delivers long-term value.

Before joining Guardian Jet, Mike held leadership and sales roles across several prominent aviation companies, including Essex Aviation, PrivatAir, Infinity Aviation Group, FirstFlight and Meridian Air Charter. At Meridian, he established and led a national sales team that drove growth in multiple business lines, from aircraft management and charter sales to client and FBO development and fuel programs.

A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical studies and an associate’s degree in aviation business administration. He is also an active member of the National Business Aviation Association and International Aircraft Dealers Association, and he serves on the Advisory Board for The David B. O’Maley College of Business at ERAU in Daytona Beach.

Outside of work, Mike is a private pilot and mentors aviation students and early-career professionals, sharing insights gained from decades in the industry. He is a sought-after speaker and has been quoted in several of aviation’s leading publications.
